Peggy Phillips
Retired USAF Colonel and pilot with 30 years of aviation experience and 5,000+ flight hours. Passionate about mentoring women and strengthening the aviation community.
VICE - PRESIDENT
Amber Davis
Amber is a flight attendant with nearly 18 years of aviation experience. She began her career with AirTran Airways and now flies with Southwest Airlines. Passionate about aviation and education.
SECRETARY
Liza Zinina
Senior Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Air with a background supporting FAA programs. Passionate about aviation, leadership, and building connections.

Selena Blachford
Boeing professional with a lifelong passion for aviation and aerospace. Dedicated to outreach and inspiring others to explore aviation careers.

Veronica Castro
Aviation enthusiast from Guatemala pursuing her goal of becoming a pilot. Brings experience in social media, website development, and bilingual communication to connect and inspire women in aviation.
CHAPTER GUIDANCE DIRECTOR
Laina Reeves
Laina Reeves has over 40 years in aviation, starting as an A&P Mechanic at Continental Airlines. She trained on Boeing's 787 and co-founded Women in Aviation International's Washington State Chapter.
